A Daughter’s Journey to Independence and Healing

For most of her life, Maya believed family love was shared equally. She grew up in a warm home with her older brother Aaron, where birthdays were simple but joyful and holidays were filled with laughter. As adults, their paths diverged—Aaron stayed close, helping run the family business, while Maya built her own career and married for love.
