The warm fog you enjoy after a hot shower may feel relaxing, but that same moisture can quietly cause serious damage to your bathroom over time. Humidity can seep into drywall, trim, grout, and paint, creating the perfect environment for mold and mildew to grow. When the moisture remains trapped behind a closed door, it can settle on nearly every surface and slowly begin breaking down the materials around it.

These small, consistent steps can help keep moisture under control and reduce the chances of mold, mildew, and costly structural damage. A few extra minutes of daily maintenance could ultimately protect both your home and your wallet—and turn your everyday shower into a much safer routine
