Celery, Lemon, and Powdered Ginger for Fat Burning

This natural infusion combines celery, lemon, and powdered ginger to help with weight loss naturally and healthily. Celery is widely recognized in natural medicine for its medicinal properties, with weight loss being one of its most popular uses.

To prepare this remedy, you will need three celery stalks, one liter of water, one lemon, and half a tablespoon of powdered ginger. First, clean and wash the celery stalks, bring the water to a boil, and add the finely chopped celery, simmering for five minutes.

Add the powdered ginger two minutes before removing the pot from the heat, then let it steep for ten minutes after turning off the stove before stirring in the fresh lemon juice. Drinking the first glass on an empty stomach helps clean the colon and relieve constipation, while the rest can be consumed throughout the day.

For best results, follow this treatment for fifteen days, take a fifteen-day break, and then repeat the cycle to notice significant weight loss progress.READ BELOW
