A Seat Worth More Than Gold

At 85, Stella boarded her first airplane, thrilled and nervous as she took her paid business-class seat. The passenger beside her, Franklin Delaney, initially complained that she did not belong there, leaving her embarrassed. When Stella accidentally dropped her purse, however, Franklin helped her pick up her belongings, and their tense encounter slowly turned into a meaningful conversation.
