After nearly two decades together, Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman and country music superstar Keith Urban have officially finalized their divorce, bringing an end to their 19-year marriage. The former couple, who married in Sydney in June 2006, confirmed their separation through legal proceedings that began in September 2025. Their split marks the end of one of the entertainment industry’s most recognizable relationships.

According to court documents, a Nashville judge officially approved the divorce on January 6, 2026. The agreement establishes Nicole as the primary residential parent of their two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. Under the parenting arrangement, the girls will spend approximately 306 days each year with their mother, while Keith will have parenting time on alternating weekends, totaling 59 days annually.

The settlement also addresses their financial responsibilities and shared property. Both stars agreed to waive child and spousal support, meaning neither will receive ongoing payments from the other. Their joint assets and personal belongings will be divided according to their agreement, while each will retain their individual professional earnings and creative rights.

As they begin separate chapters of their lives, Nicole and Keith are expected to focus on their careers and maintaining a stable family environment for their daughters. Although their marriage has officially ended, their shared responsibility as parents will continue for years to come. Fans around the world are watching to see how the two stars move forward after closing this important chapter of their lives.
